A separate repo for huawei version should be created #121

It should be created a separated repo for the Immuni version dedicated to appgallery

The API have been released https://www.hwupgrade.it/news/telefonia/huawei-ha-le-sue-api-per-il-tracciamento-dei-contagi-da-covid-19-in-arrivo-immuni-per-appgallery_89987.html

So they can create the repo and start working on it

(huawei version is officialy supported and listed in official site https://www.immuni.italia.it/download.html)
