Sequence in a cluster all have same length #15

Hi:

I have a clarification question here. When we use gliph-group-discovery.pl for tcr-beta chain sequence cluster, inside each cluster, are all sequences should be of the same length? Thanks!

I am not entirely sure, but I would guess that CDR length remains same for all entries within a given cluster. That is one of the reasons why the cdrs within a given cluster are able to detect the same antigen. I have been using GLIPH2 for quite some time and all the good clusters that I see have conserved CDR3 length. On a different note, you may want to start using GLIPH2 if you're still using version 1 (http://50.255.35.37:8080/)
