Hi! I think many of you have the same problem, but there seems to be a problem with the output option for gliph-group-scoring.pl. If anyone has worked out the solution to this, I would be grateful if you could let me know.

The source code for scoring doesn't seem to open or write to any new output file. you can write the terminal output to a text file by adding ' > scoring_output.txt' at the end of your gliph-group-scoring command.
