bioconda installation perhaps? #4

Hi,

I look forward to trying out HLA-TAPAS.

Just one request for the future, perhaps you would consider putting HLA-TAPAS on bioconda? This would make installation for the user (like myself) easier, and avoid having to chase down a bunch of web links from other websites. As a small side note, the dependencies listed (plink, Beagle, Python, R) are all under licenses that would allow them to be re-distributed, and in any case, are all already in bioconda.

Wait, nevermind, those programs are included in the dependency folder already.

Perhaps just a change to the README then?
