Query no longer projecting onto reference? #47

Hello,

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I have scripts that were previously working (yesterday lol) that don't seem to be working today and I don't think I've changed any objects/scripts.

The query no longer projects onto the reference UMAP, and the resulting query UMAP is completely different. I have been following the Seurat vignette.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Closing this issue, as I rebuilt the reference and fixed the issue
