".gene" request for OryctolagusCuniculus TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD #262

🚀 Feature

We would really appreciate it if you could add the rabbit OryctolagusCuniculus as a supported species. Specifically, we need the following ".gene": rabbit TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD.

Motivation

The rabbit OryctolagusCuniculus's B cell receptor repertoire is widely used because of the importance of this species in antibody production but its T cell receptor repertoire also need to be characterized for many immunological studies (for example, we need to characterize the T cell receptor repertoire in response to exposure to the rabbit to COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2).

Pitch

Would it be possible if you could create ".gene" for rabbit: TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD? The recently released IMGT library with v8 scripts includes addition of new loci for rabbit TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD. Please see link below: https://github.com/repseqio/library-imgt/releases

Indeed, it is time for us to update the IMGT database built into the Immunarch:) We will do this in the next release (Immunarch 1.0.0).
