For PTV burdens we made 3 different analysis:
First analysis:
In the first analysis the PTV burdens were cut off at the median, that is how we got the two group: Low and High burden.
Second analysis:
In the second analysis the PTV burdens were categorized into 3 groups: Low: 1 to 8; High: from 19 to 84; Medium: the values between 8 and 19.
Third analysis:
In the third analysis the PTV burdens was categorized into 3 groups in a similar way to the second analisys. Low: from 1 to 6; High: from 30 to 84; Medium: the values between 6 and 30.
+1. We made a survival analysis for all tumors too:
