This figure shows the cumulative incidence curves for 16 tumors, where diagnosed patients were compared to the total population. Based on the number of PTVs in tumorsuppressor genes, there are two groups: 0 PTV and 1 or more PTVs (max: 6). Gender was controlled for. The figure displays only those tumors where the higher PTV burden resulted in higher incidence.
