Description

I added some scripts to:

[x] - Install vault (0.10.4) and download the plugin (0.1.0)
[x] - Initialize vault (using keybase)
[x] - Unseal vault (using keybase)
[x] - Configure the plugin (using keybase)
[x] - Move to warm/cold storage (using keybase)
[x] - Move to hot storage (using keybase)

Motivation and Context

To make it easier to get started with the plugin

Local (in darwin)
