Added a "why is this important" section. Not sure I got it right but I tried to replay some of what you explained to me so that I could understand why this is important. Since I'm a complete crypto noob and mostly a vault noob I tried to explain this in terms I understand.
Minor punctuation changes.
Remove the /transactions resource from an example because you use that example in the next block.
Overall this looks to be a really cool and much needed project.
