Scotty didn't know he needed them.

These are the dependencies if you are using a Mac. Can you clarify that these instructions are for MacOS only?

Also additionally clarify that the plugin is not MacOS-only.

The only thing "MacOS" is the exercise of running this locally to verify that it indeed builds and runs.
