Get Match Not Working #7

Everytime I try to use the /match command, it gives me a 504 error and that the url timed out. I've gotten the other commands to work, why isn't /match working? Is there another way to figure out the win/lose ratio of players/cards?

I was able to get it resolved - one solution is to just use one of the search criteria, such as start time, then enter a range for just that criteria.
