[DX-3350] feat: eth_signTypedData_v4 #311

Summary

Added eth_signTypedData_v4 so users can sign EIP-712 structure messages using their Passport wallet.
Added dev environment

Other things to consider:

[x] Sample app is updated with new SDK changes
[ ] Updated public documentation with new SDK changes (Immutable X and Immutable zkEVM)
[ ] Sample game is updated with new SDK changes
