TweetNaCl Rework and Request Button

• Reworked the TweetNaCl.js encrypt and decrypt functions, aswell as added a temporary test function to quantum.js.
• Added a Request Encryption button to the user context menu, which sends a test message and switches to the Channel the request was startet.

Removed unnecessary stuff

• Removed conversion of the encrypted object's properties to & from base64, because the exchange object which holds the encrypted object will get converted to base64 utilizing BSON anyway, a nested base 64 variable would create unwanted overhead
• A few function names were simplified
