ProxyManager not have the setProxyBasicAuthorization method #245

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the jar JavaPNS_2.2_complete.zip
2. Open ProxyManager and search the setProxyBasicAuthorization method

This method is required to set their own proxy, right? or is an improvement?

I've seen forums that this is necessary, but the downloaded jar this method can 
not available. There is an error with the jar?
