Problem with configuring Smartthings automation. #3

Creating ST automation routines to "open or close window shades" did not work properly. Toggling up/down on somfy-shades under the ST Things menu works properly. Creating routines to turn on lights (then selecting "somfy-shades") worked when setting dimming parameters as 10% for shades down and 100% for shades up. I'm testing this with my first shade and have installed everything twice with the same results….any advice?

would like to see logs. The shade dth supports window shade capability, so you can use device.open() in programs or webcore.
