Updating to react-scripts@3.4.3 #7

With the recent audit issues popping up, and some other minor updates, it's time to update our fork. Adding this to discuss any concerns or issues that pop as a result.

A couple issues/items that we'll need to tackle from my initial checking:

[ ] ESLint is now on 7.x. iModel.js just merged in 6.8.0 which will be out next week with iModel.js 2.5.0.
[ ] Update ts-jest in our fork (more audit issues)
[ ] Update to webpack@4.43.0 in iModel.js (specifically @bentley/webpack-tools-core)
