removes the old legacy viewer code and refactors a bit. Also fixes small bug in issues-sample
Changed styling for 'changed-element' sample

The old way links were handled in the markdown component is added back in. Not sure how @StefanRetief wants to handle merging the walkthrough links and and markdown viewer links.

src\Components\SampleEditor\MarkdownComponents\Link\OldLink.tsx is the file that is readded.
