Viewer upgrade #268

Updated to newest version on the itwin viewer, after last viewer was deprecated.

On the 2d Geometry Samples, the view is initializing crooked and off center from the geometry of the sample and compared to the view in Prod. This could be related to something @tomdicarlo is working on, and I want his confirmation before requesting a change.

Yeah this is an issue that I'm working on right now. Seems to be an issue with the new BlankViewer not using the eyePoint and targetPoint provided by lookAt, still not sure the exact cause.
