update README.md for imodeljs-samples #17

Update the README.md file so it does not indicate the user to : Configure your app using the value you obtained from the registration process. In the specific sample subfolder, edit src/config.json to refer to the project. It should refer to the combined configs (configuration.ts + config.json) under the .env.local in the app root directory.
