The newly implemented Batten et al wavespeed selection in the HLLC solver, if implemented correctly, should absolutely assure positivity preservation.

This needs to be tested by running Einfeldt shock tube tests using increasing strengths; Preliminary tests with machs of 2 worked (though the rarefied region was not pretty).

HLL is now absolutely positivity preserving. HLLC has the known problems above M>~11.
