Description

I have made the OurContributors section as mentioned in the UI design. I have added automatic infinite sliding effect to it and on hovering the sliding stops and shows the hovered card with a border. It is responsive as well as shown in the video below.

@sharmi4590 Contribution guidelines were not followed properly You do not have to push changes in main branch or create a new branchyou just have to opt a branch. Kindly refer the contribution.md file
