BUG/ Navbar cart icon incorrectly displays 7 items when the cart is empty #248

Description

The Navbar cart icon incorrectly displays a count of 7 items even when the cart is empty. This issue can confuse users as they may think there are items in their cart when there are none.

Actual Behavior

The cart icon incorrectly displays 7 items even when the cart is empty.

Expected Behavior

The cart icon should display 0 items or nothing when the cart is empty.
