[FEAT]- Addition of GOOGLE TRANSLATOR in the footer. #307

Description

I want to add a google translator in the footer to improve the accessibility of the website.

Actual Behavior

Currently Website content can only be viewed in English Language.

Expected Behavior

Addition of Translator will help the user to view the website in preferred language.
