[FEAT]: Adding the background to navbar #314

Description

There is no background color or effects to it , I would like to add the matching effective background to it make better user interface.

Actual Behavior

There is an transparent background for the navbar.

Expected Behavior

Adding the effective navbar to the website make it better user interface.
