Add Newsletter Section to Footer #331

Description

We need to add a newsletter section to the footer to allow users to subscribe to updates and stay informed about our latest news and releases.

Actual Behavior

There is currently no newsletter section in the footer.

Expected Behavior

A newsletter section is present in the footer with an email input field and a "Subscribe" button. It validates email input and displays success or error messages as appropriate.

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

Visit the website. Scroll to the footer. Observe the absence of a newsletter section.
