issue 1 : Fix Login Button --> Added one line code in loginpage

issue 2 : Add Navbar Background fro Better Visibility --> BG[#333] added to the exisiting code

issue 3 :Add Terms & Conditions Page with Rules and Instructions -->

issue 4 : Add newsletter Section to Footer added newsletter in footer page

issue 5 : Enhancing Footer section for proper layout done in footer page

issue 6 : Adding scroll - to - top button & enhance the navbar .

issue 7 : Cart showing 7 even if its empty
