NGA data/indicator set up

@bonschorno - here are a few things we need to get started (in order of priority):

• [x] add dataset with all composite indicators (tagged with prefix or suffix) and new attribute indicating if RS vars were already extractd
• [x] add indicators to this function -- anything climate, health, food, livelihoods related (composites tend to be better)
• [x] add composite indicators to this function -- anything climate, health, food, livelihoods related (composites tend to be better)
• [x] add data set with already already extracted RS indicators + uuid cols to shared data folder

don't worry about the 3rd item for now, but we still need a data set with composite indicators. I saw you added lsg_data_routput.xlsx which includes lsg indicators. While this is good, we need the critical composite indicators (many of which were used to make the lsgs)

We want to see if extracted RS variables are correlated with living conditons/needs. Living conditions tend to be compiled well in the composite indicators (focus on stuff related to food, health, livelihood, and environmental/climate). These should also be added to the load_core_hh_indicators function
