Idea: To include the number of clusters within the implementation plan overview page to give the role of clusters greater prominence to and to highlight how they make numerous recommendations more manageable.
Commentary: The number of clusters could either go in the 'recommendations' circle or the 'implementation plan' circle on the overview page. There is an argument for either. For the former there is a clear link between # recs and # rec clusters and the user can easily see how it has been made more manageable through clustering. The latter option gives greater emphasis to the Implementation Plan, which is the core feature of the tool and explains to the user how the IP is formed.
