bookmark type doesn't exist anymore #337

9 bookmark_controller_specs were failing due to the factory still having bookmark_type in it although that was removed from the model

@tmfrnz I can't merge this due to the checks that haven't completed. Possibly you can with your super admin powers? I'm not sure why the codeship checks aren't returning either, but recall this status was also on the other PR I worked on.
