Extract content (StR19, StR24, StR26) #14

Original requirement:

Stakeholder requirement: StR19 "Report back to UN"

I want to: extract from the tool, at any time, the information that is required for reporting back to the UN Human Rights Council or Treaty Bodies.

So that: the information does not need to be obtained from multiple repositories, at times with different ways of recording the same information.

Supporting info: Just an extract (refer to StR24) of the information required, with the actual report to be prepared outside of the tool.

Will include basic exporting functionality in release 1, then review and improve -if needed- for release 2

Consider need for warning users about extracting non-public content (i.e. draft content)

From StR24:

Allowing users to output via various formats: as a raw data extract in Excel, CSV format; as a formatted report in MS Word, PDF format, etc.
