Y axis label issues #11

What I did: Reformat chart with any data

What happened: The y axis is displayed horizontally

What should've happened: Think we agreed a graph shouldn't need axis titles, but if they are included in the original graph being used it would be used if they could be formatted correctly. Displayed vertically and with the correct font colour image

Should they be displayed vertically, or should we be better at layout so that it copes properly with a horizontal title?

I believe that this is now fixed.
