Install more packages; Import multiple csv files in a directory at once and combine all the data; Plot commands reorganized; Add gridplot command.

This is the script for comparing the old v.1.2.2.0 vs main, right? Not sure we can use it for merging many batch IDs and averaging. Also has a lot of hardcoded paths and names. I think it's worth going the extra mile to make this as generic and easily applicable as we can.
