Added dockerless artefacts #139

This is needed for the infra.run deployment. We would also like to see a direct connections between artefacts and release, but this may be a topic for another day.

I am actually not sure, if I need Install dependencies from vanellus.

I did not need the additional step. I removed it.

Yepp, should all be handled by pnpm. I would like to suggest to use a common cache for dependencies to speed up the build. Otherwise this LGTM. Anything else you want to change or is this ready for merge?

We can merge this as is. We can fix build speed later on.
