If you want, I can also create the things for English Forms etc.

However in English (and all other foreign languages) the RKI put Information, Anamnesis and Consent into one single pdf.

For Plain German (simplified), there are 3 pdfs as stated in the issue (104)

German (simplified) would be an extra language, so I don't see a problem there. The rest seems to be fine. Thank you!

In englisch this would mean one less link, in simplified german one link more.
