created common component files and cleaned from other apps #40

the redundant strings with common identifier are now in one single file.

[ ] apps-inoeg\apps\mediator\src\components\NavContent.tsx
[ ] apps-inoeg\apps\provider\src\components\NavContent.tsx
[ ] apps-inoeg\apps\user\src\components\NavContent.tsx

files, likely a change or source-path should be added to reflect this change

this should be merged into https://github.com/kiebitz-oss/apps-inoeg/pull/41 and then into main

As before: I'm really sorry, but I have to move the components, edit the placeholders there and extract them via the command line. The process is pretty automated and I'm sorry, again, that you put in the effort for for nothing :/ If it would be only changing the occurrences, I would have done it already...

No worries @benbender this is why you do stuff and not I ;-) Was not a lot of work, and I learned some things.
