Correctly use country extensions #1

Right now, many of the results from the bot use country code TLDs, but many country code TLDs only allow registration under a .org.x, .co.x, etc. Find a list of which extensions have these restrictions and either integrate the full domains, or ignore them.

Seems unlikely that the common second level domains (org, com, mil, etc) will actually form word suffixes along with a ccTLD, might be easiest to just use the blacklist. If you go that way, .ve is another one to add, third-level registrations only.
