grey out a person once selected from drop-down list #41

Is it possible to grey out or lock an individual once selected from the drop-down list under the "Name all Inspectors" field on the first page of the Inspection Form? I was able to add the same name a couple of times and greying out or locking names, except "OTHER", may be ideal.

@leeensminger I am not able to add this functionality when this question is in a repeat. I can enforce unique names if we simply provided them with 2 fields, one field for inspector 1 and another for inspector 2. I can enforce that the response to question 2 not equal question 1.
