Extra choice in drop down for Maintenance Type #42

An extra selection option is added in the Maintenance Type drop down: "Select Maintenance Type". Should this be included?

@dobrochtaKCI please confirm this is necessary, I believe it is, based on our previous conversations. If so, then this is an enhancement for a future workaround, or Will Not Fix
