Opening 1 attribute table opens them all #51

When I choose to open 1 attribute table from the layer list, all tables open. Is this expected? It makes finding the table difficult.

@impittman It seems as though when you click Open Attribute Table, that yes all attribute tables open, but the table for the layer clicked is the one that is activated. As long as the requested layer is activated, I think this is probably ok?

@dobrochtaKCI please confirm that this is not a bug or other unexpected issue. if not, please close this.
