Currently, the pause command requires the timer to be the last one in the history queue. There should be a way to get the running timer from Harvest if it isn't the one in the queue (i.e. if started from something other than sow).
This now works for pause and note commands. For resume, if the timer is not found in the local history, it tries to rebuild the history.
