Did you search "All Issues" and not just the "Open Issues" to see if your
problems was already solved or discussed before? Duplicate issues are
annoying so make sure you check the most recent (open and closed) issues
before posting a new one!
I posted on XBMC forum XOT thread and was directed here to enter the issue.

What channel are you trying to watch?
Swedish => UR Play => Galapagos(TV)

What episode are you trying to watch?
Evolutionens Grunder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Translated text (English -> Swedish) should appear as subtitles.
Only the top line of two is displayed so the translation makes no sense.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the indicated program
2. Watch it and observe subtitles
3. Notice that only one line ever shows

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?
XMBC 12.2
Raspbmc on a Raspberry Pi

Please provide any additional information below.

Watch same episode on your Windows PC:
http://urplay.se/Produkter/177146-Galapagos-Evolutionens-grunder
and notice that the subtitles are now complete (two lines where needed).

Please ATTACH a complete DEBUG uzg.log or uzgplugin.log and add an
xbmc.log. Without a logfile issues cannot be fixed. Wondering where
you can get them? Read it here:
http://www.rieter.net/content/xot/troubleshooting/#Log_level_settings

Done. Both in attached zipfile.
The xbmc log is rather long but I did not cut it. Seems to be since the Pi was
restarted some days ago until now. Good luck!

I can confirm this and it seems to be only "Evolutionens Grunder" that have
this issue.

OK, I will see if I can finish this, but I am very very busy and am not sure if
I can fix it this week.

I fixed it, but it will require a new XOT version. Please use the attached
subtitlehelper.py replacement. It should work.

Keep in mind that the Sync might not be 100%, but that is nothing I can fix.

Are you sure? I tested it myself and it seemed be fine. Double check that you
are using the new file.

I have tested it in XBMC 13 Alpha 12 on Windows and XBMCbuntu 13 Alpha 11 and
none worked. The file size on subtitlehelper.py is 11617 bytes.

I notice that sometimes i get 2 rows. Around 11 minutes but only a few seconds,
then it was back to one row again.

Ok, strange. Could you attach the file I create and pass on to XBMC here. The
path is shown in the xotplugin.log and should be a .srt file in the userdata
folder of net.rieter.xot/cache

It used the old SRT file. I empty the cache and now it's working. Sorry :(
