Display hosting time #9

Hilouuuuu, the point is to save and display the time when a game has been hosted live. (it wouldn't actually be the exact time but the first time it is displayed on discord is perfectly fine) I feel like it could be an interesting element to have, as long as the basis of the 20min timing for the player to join is based on the first displayed hosted game. And we can't rely on the discord message time because of the !getgames functionality ^^ with love <3

ezpz, there is a lobby-created timestamp in both wc3stats and ENT APIs
