Cron mention #153

With the removal of the Linux section there is a mention of cron on page 44

populate on a nightly basis (because now you understand how cron works)

Maybe add a link to the linux section where you talk about it when you decide to put it back in.

Thanks - I removed all of this so it should be better now.
