Provide search suggestions as the user types in the search box #50

As the user enters a search term in the search box, a list of matching
search term suggestions is displayed in a drop-down menu. 

For example, the user enters 'jav', the drop-down displays

'java'
'java programming'

completed an init impl. admin can define a list of suggestions in a plain text 
file
or rely on the existing community tag cloud to populate the list of suggestions.
