Re-redirect new users to a more informative front page. #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sign up a new user (not thru gnizr admin)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After successfully registered, the new user is redirected to a default page
that says 'no bookmarks here'. This is page could be more informative.

fixed. "Get Started" links have been added to the default page of an empty 
folder and
the user page.
