Integrating with googlemaps should be optional. #65

If I use gnizr on intranet, I should get googlemaps api premier.
But I don't need this feature.

IMHO, this feature should be optional. How do you feel?

I agreed. I've been thinking about adding extra configuration options that allow
system admin to turn on/off gmaps, timelines and clustermap. 

It will be nice if we can support some kind of plugin framework. I know Struts 
2 has
plugin support. But not sure if that's what we want. Need some investigation.

If you have thoughts on the design, please let me know.
