Description

Summary of this PR:

remove Laravel mix and use wp-scripts instead
registers a new field (dtd) using the Fields API.
register field template
add block (placeholder)
add API key validation
company search - filter companies by their matching settings (minimum and maximum donation amount)

Testing Instructions

The only thing that kinda works is the company search (response is logged in the console)

@jonwaldstein this is ready for review. Regarding tests, I would love to add them, but then I think I won't have enough time to finish all the tasks in this sprint. Maybe we can add tests as a separate task in sprint planning next time.
