Generate Donors screen is now completed #6

Resolves #5

Please resolve #4 first to avoid merge conflicts.

Description

This PR completes the Generate Donors screen. Admin is now able to generate donors from Admin UI by selecting the number of donors to generate.

Testing Instructions

Go to Donations -> Tools -> TestData -> Generate Donors
Set the number of donors to generate and click on the Generate button
