fix(admin-plugin): rearrange the plugin activate order by activation time #3406

User Story

As an Admin, I want the Give Add-on Activated Message should be displayed in the order that is being activated

Current Behavior

I currently see the latest add-on that is being displayed is displayed at the end, not in the front

Expected Behavior

I expect the latest add-on that is being activated should be displayed at the top

I see your point and this would be a small UX win, but in reality users who see more than one add-on in the banner have probably just activated multiple add-ons, in which case the order is not as important. Closing.
